At YNEW Porcelain, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your products, we are here to help.
- Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within thirty calender days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
· Customized or special-order items
· Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
· Opened or damaged items (unless defective)
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ynew.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
· Gift cards
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
. Any special orders or on sale products are non refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Claims for Damages or incorrect goods
Any claims for damages or incorrect goods must be lodged with us within 2 business days following the delivery date or date of collection. When lodging a claim, you must provide photos of the original pallet and any broken boxes. Failure to provide these photos may result in the refusal of your claim.The original packaging, including the box and any protective materials, must be retained for our inspection as part of the claims process. Upon review and satisfaction of the claim, we reserve the right to either replace the damaged or missing goods or issue a credit to your account. All decisions regarding the replacement or crediting of goods are at our sole discretion and will be communicated to you after the claims process has been completed.
